Bookbinder’s® Cocktail Sauce Seafood is made with tomato paste mixed with our own fresh ground horseradish for a smooth tangy taste! Traditionally served with shrimp, crab, oysters and fried seafood.
Cookin’ Cajun Shrimp Butter Cream
Spice up your favorite seafood and pasta tonight with Cookin’ Cajun’s Bourbon Street Shrimp Butter Cream Sauce Seasoning Mix. Just mix this package as directed for a delicious topping for fish, shrimp, shellfish, or mix with pasta.Unit Size 1.2 oz Makes about 4 servingsDirections: Melt 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine in a saucepan. Add one and 1/4 cups of Half & Half or whole milk and contents of Cookin’ Cajun Bourbon Street Shrimp Butter Sauce Seasoning Blend. Mix well and cook over low heat for 10 minutes. If desired, add shrimp, crabmeat, clams or your favorite cooked seafood after the sauce has cooked for 10 minutes. Mix with 9 ounces of cooked pasta and serve. If pasta draws the moisture out of sauce, add a small amount of water or milk and stir until desired consistency is reached.
